Market:
Harvest Properties services over 1,200 residential condominiums, investment property and commercial units in Eastern Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire. Clients range in size from individual condominiums to condominium associations of over 150 units.
Team:
Your property will be serviced by one of our outstanding property managers. All of our managers hold at a minimum the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designation and many also hold the Association Management Specialist (AMS) designation from Community Association Institute (CAI), the leading organization for the property management industry. Our management team is supported by an accounting and administrative staff in addition to our network of professional service providers.
